Position Description


Advertised Job Summary
Responsible for managing the student database and overseeing records of dual enrollment high school student applications. Tasks include evaluating and analyzing information, communicating with students and parents to gather required documents, entering information into the database, and maintaining detailed records of application progress. Additionally, facilitating dual enrollment orientations, creating reports via Salesforce, promptly responding to student inquiries, answering the phone, reviewing applications, and ensuring streamlined admissions procedures. Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Enrollment Management.
The successful candidate will be able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently. Able to work independently and collaboratively as member of a team. Able to read, research, and evaluate applicant credentials.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree and at least one year of office clerical experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience. 
Preferred Qualifications: Experience or knowledge of dual enrollment. Experience working with CRM software (ex. Salesforce) and with a student information system (ex. Banner)
