Job Summary
This position is open to applicants in all areas of Kentucky.  This position is located in Louisville, KY.
This position will be vital in developing a stronger, more diverse, and better prepared network of SCL and MP waiver providers. This position will provide information and technical assistance to potential new Supports for Community Living (SCL) and Michelle P (MPW) Medicaid waiver providers, conduct Pre-Service and 45-Day certification reviews for new providers, maintain accurate records and pursue professional development. 
This position will advance the mission and strategic plan of the HDI through research, education and outreach. This position will contribute to a workplace in which individual differences are recognized, appreciated, respected and responded to in ways that fully develop and utilize each person’s talents and strengths.
