Job Summary
The Human Development Institute at the University of Kentucky is seeking to fill a Disability Program Administrator I position. This position will work as IPS Supported Employment Trainer.
This position assists agencies in making organizational and programmatic changes to implement and sustain Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Supported Employment. Provides training and
consultation to employment staff, agency leaders, practitioners, and Vocational Rehabilitation
counselors implementing IPS. Participates in IPS leadership meetings and provides feedback about
IPS barriers and facilitators.
This position will serve multiple regions of Kentucky to expand IPS services. Statewide travel is required. Home office is flexible within the state of Kentucky.
This position will advance the mission and strategic plan of the HDI through research, education and outreach. This position will contribute to a workplace in which individual differences are recognized, appreciated, respected and responded to in ways that fully develop and utilize each person’s talents and strengths.
