Director Scott Scholars Program – Heider College of Business

The Scott Scholars Program Director will recruit talented students to Creighton’s Heider College of Business and, ultimately, benefit the Omaha and Nebraska business communities with outstanding future business leaders.  This position represents the University, specifically the Suzanne & Walter Scott Foundation’s program within the Heider College of Business effectively with a variety of constituencies. Oversees and executes the establishment of recruitment, application process, interviewing and selection of potential scholars into this program.  Through intentional cohort programming and experiential learning, ensures that Scott Scholars develop robust professional and personal networks in Omaha metro area. Provides ongoing support of career counseling and coaching including the facilitation of internships and positions within the Omaha metro area.  This position is funded by the foundation and based on the success of the program.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in related field required.

10 years' related admissions and enrollment management experience.

Knowledge of financial aid processes.
Organizational skills.
Solid skills in computer operations and various software programs.
Ability to meet deadlines and work productively in a collaborative environment.
Ability and willingness to travel overnight.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
