Department Summary
The School of Health Professions is comprised of three academic departments: The Department of Physician Assistant Studies (PA), the Department of Physical Therapy (PT), and Personalized Health and Well-Being with degree programs leading to a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Masters of Physician Assistant Studies, or Master of Science in Lifestyle Health Sciences and Coaching.
Position Overview
The Director of Program Effectiveness reports to the Dean of the School of Health Professions and is responsible for evaluating hybrid and online program quality, addressing hybrid and online student needs, facilitate extended campus services to students, and provide student training opportunities. This role is critical to the successful launch of Hybrid Physical Therapy program which will have labs at the UNT Frisco campus as well as the hybrid and online programs in Personalized Health and Well-being and will coordinate and lead the operational and student-focused aspects of any future online and hybrid program.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 7 years ’experience with a thorough understanding of strategic or project management, development organization skill especially in designing, planning, implementing, institutional programs

Preferred Qualifications
Higher education experience in a health professions related school or department
Required License / Registration / Certification
Work Schedule
Candidate will office remotely for general duties but will be required to attend meetings and hybrid/online program student events or labs held at UNT Frisco which can include evenings or weekends depending on the needs of the program. Additionally, up to 4 executive team meetings/retreats per year at the UNTHSC campus in Fort Worth will be mandatory. Candidate should reside in the DFW metroplex and must be able to meet at the UNT Frisco campus with a 2 hour notice.

Job Duties


o
Coordinate all student services and operations components of the Hybrid PT program with UNT Frisco leadership
o
Act as primary project manager for the roll out of Hybrid PT and Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics
o
Develop an assessment tool for hybrid/online student experience
o
Lead school-level after action reviews of high impact processes as new hybrid/online processes roll out
o
Assist with the planning and execution of all events and activities for hybrid/online cohorts
