  • 8. Strong knowledge and competence in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including data collection and processing, measurement and evaluation, and business analytics. (Required)

  • 10. Demonstrated ability and success in managing an experienced group of professionals. (Required)

  • PhD Hold an advanced degree (Ph.D.) in Org Development, Industrial-Org Psychology, or a related area with 10 – 15 yrs of progress related experience, or an equivalent combination of education & experience (Required) Or
