POSITION OBJECTIVE
Lead administrative, curriculum development, and new student recruitment efforts for the Office of Undergraduate and Integrated Studies (UGIS). Collaborate with the associate dean and team to set and achieve program goals, ensuring efficient support for existing and new initiatives. Enhance the educational experience for Weatherhead School of Management undergraduate and integrated study students through strategic planning, policy interpretation, and enrollment growth initiatives. Responsible for the overall growth in enrollment in major, minor, and support courses conducted by the faculty of the school of management. This is accomplished through market-driven curriculum development as well as the design and delivery of strategic student service initiatives in direct support of the school of management undergraduate and integrated studies programs. The office is responsible for academic affairs and support services enhancing the experience of undergraduate and integrated study students – currently over 1,200 students with an annual course enrollment headcount of over 6,500.

CONTACTS
Department: Contact with all key school stakeholders including, but not limited to associate dean (daily); program managers, individual faculty, departmental assistants, the Weatherhead School dean, academic dean, marketing team and external affairs professionals, and career management office professionals (frequently).
University: Frequent contact with key university stakeholders including, but not limited to, enrollment management, the undergraduate advising and support office, the career center, center for international affairs, study abroad, and various student affairs departments.
External: Frequent contact with external stakeholders including, but not limited to, prospective students and their parents, recruiters, alumni, and guest speakers/presenters. neighborhood and community organizations; contractors; vendors; city offices; parents; and alumni and community entrepreneurs.
Students: Daily contact with current students in a counseling and advising capacity; regular contact with prospective students and families. Periodic interaction with student leaders and organization members.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise student assistants.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 6 or more years of professional experience, preferably in higher education. Education/Licensing: Master’s degree required, preferably in management or higher education.
REQUIRED SKILLS
WORKING CONDITIONS
General office working environment. Flexibility for weekend and evening work required for student recruiting activities, student organization meetings, making timely social media updates, or to address time sensitive issues. Some travel is required, e.g., for association presentations/meetings or outreach.
