We are changing the way we deliver Talent Acquisition services at Texas A&M University with new programs and strategies.  Navigating today’s job market is more challenging than ever and finding the right people for open opportunities is even more important as the competition for talent continues to heat up.  The Division of Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness is dismantling and rebuilding our talent acquisition “puzzle” and we need a Director of Talent Acquisition to bring fresh ideas and expertise to help us do that.  This position is responsible for implementing and managing strategic recruiting and employment programs and the process of hiring quality employees that support the overall business objectives for our current and future workforce needs.  Your experience will lead programs and provide resources to develop and/or enhance talent acquisition strategies which include a collaborative effort for an employee referral program focusing on internal opportunities across the university community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Ten years of recruiting experience, including three years of managing and supervising a recruiting team
