Cultivate Learning has an outstanding opportunity for a Director of Staff Engagement to join their team.

POSITION PURPOSE

In collaboration with the Executive Director and Deputy Director, this position will set the vision and execute the strategy for all external center evens and lead internal organizational development work focused on internal culture and Cultivate Learning values.

The Director of Staff Engagement will lead and oversee all external programming activities and events including Cultivate Learning conferences, institutes, and other speaking engagements. On an annual basis, Cultivate Learning hosts events with thousands of participants in the early learning and youth development industries. Specific duties include program development, oversight from inception to final implementation, work across teams to coordinate content, program delivery and marketing, external partners/vendor relationship management, evaluation and continuous improvement and budget management. This position supervises 1 FTE position that will support detailed implementation of various events.

This position will also participate as a member of the all-center team to support organizational development goals and center leadership team. Specifically, this position will work with internal teams to set up and support peer mentoring opportunities and other projects aligned with center climate survey data. This includes leading all-staff events including a monthly all-staff, supporting center-wide professional development opportunities and building new projects based on center wide climate survey data. Additionally, this position will build relationships with community partners such as local school and youth development programs to build a Cultivate Learning internship program tied to our Expanded Learning Opportunities strategy.
