Job Summary
 

The Director of Software Solutions will lead our talented team in creating innovative and high-quality software projects. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology roadmap, driving efficiency, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that align with our strategic goals and serve our community.


Responsibilities
 
  • Lead and manage the entire software development life cycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Define and implement software development methodologies, ensuring the team adheres to best practices and industry standards
  • Oversee and mentor a team of software engineers, architects, and other technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including product management, marketing, and sales, to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Champion innovation and technological advancements within the development team
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest software development trends and technologies, ensuring the team remains competitive
  • Develop and implement performance management plans for your team members

Required Qualifications
 

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in a team lead or similar management role within a software development team

Preferred Qualifications
 

Preferred Educational Qualifications

  • Master's Degree

Proposed Salary
 

$85,514 - $106,800

This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
