Summary of Position | Lead a mission and values driven organization serving an on-campus population of approximately 5,000 students with 22 full time professional Residence Hall Directors and 144 Resident Assistants as well as the Residential Life Leadership Team made up of four Assistant Directors and an Associate Director. Provide comprehensive management, supervision, and coordination of human and financial resources in support of the functions for the Department of Residential Life. Responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive community for on-campus students focusing on student involvement and leadership; inclusion and equity; health and well-being, and academic success. Implement learning outcomes and assessment strategies and share findings with the University community. Participate in University wide committees, collaborate with many partners in Student Life and Academic Affairs, work with parents/guardians of students when necessary and other campus wide initiatives. #LI-KO1 |
