Master’s degree in any field  required.

Advanced knowledge of best practices in international collaboration. Knowledge of U.S. and non-U.S. higher education rules, policies and standards.

Knowledge of faculty governance and its relationship to the administrative authority of the university. Knowledge of the University’s contracting processes and contracting software.

At least five years’ experience in international collaborations and ten years’ experience in U.S. universities working in international education. Intermediate skills in Microsoft office produces.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to maintain effective working relationships with departments, employees and managers at all levels of the internal organization, parents, external agencies, staff of other universities, foreign officials, and Department of State personnel.
