What you will do:

We are seeking a Director of Interactive Learning to forward our mission. This position plays a crucial role by coordinating artists, programmers, videographers, and other various staff members to meet the needs of our school and community partners. At the same time, they will be in communication with key stakeholders to provide insight and progress regarding grant-supported services.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field, AND:

  • 72 months of project management experience which includes 36 months management or leadership experience.

Equivalency Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 120 months of related experience.

  • Strong communication skills to convey artistic vision and collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Understanding of cinematography principles for film or animation projects, including framing, lighting, and visual storytelling

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire
  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • The incumbent will provide services to 28 cohort schools throughout Oklahoma and may be expected to travel to school site with occasional overnight stays. 

Departmental Preferences:

  • Masters in an education-related field.
  • Masters in an education-related field with experience in teaching and media production.
  • 60 months of teaching in a secondary classroom.
  • 60 months of experience as a building leader, team leader, department chair, or curriculum coordinator.
  • 60 months of media (video, motion graphics, game-based learning scenarios) production experience.
