Friends University is seeking to fill the Director of Inclusion and International Student Services position in Wichita Kansas. This position will be responsible for the strategic leadership and day-to-day operations of the Office of Inclusion and International Student Services. This will be a key, student-focused position, providing care and leadership to our international students, underrepresented students, and helping to foster a culture of inclusion within the student body.

Skills & Requirements

Three years progressive professional experience in student affairs/student personnel work is required; five+ years desired. Professional experience with the international student population and SEVP/SEVIS is preferred.

A master’s degree in student affairs, social work, or other related field is preferred. 

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary. Must possess ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner and to have a positive and productive working relationship with co-workers, university personnel, students, and other constituencies.
