Position Summary Information
Advertisement | St. Catherine University and the Human Resources Department invites applications for the Director of Human Resources position. The Director of Human Resources is charged with providing strategic advice, guidance, and leadership across the institutions on key areas of Human Resources. This position must lead the Human Resources team in advancing strategic outcomes related to staffing, recruiting, compensation, employee relations, training, development, union negotiations, benefits, pensions, and other administrative and professional areas. This position will collaborate with the CFO and SVP for Equity and Belonging to build and maintain a culture of engaged and high-performing faculty and staff through the creation of sustainable policies, well designed organizational structures, efficient practices, and equitable compensation and benefit programs.
