Under the direction of the Executive Director of Development, Neuroscience/Neurosurgery and as part of a driven team of professionals devoted to raising funds to advance the university's purpose, as our Director of Development, Neurology/Neurosurgery, you will implement and manage a fundraising program to attract private support for the Department of Neurology and/or Neurosurgery and other priority areas as assigned. In this role, you will personally cultivate, solicit and steward major gift donors, manage a portfolio of major gift prospects, as well as establish goals and objectives for assigned program areas and coordinate strategies for fundraising, stewardship, cultivation, and communications. You will develop annual operating plans and evaluate progress to goals. This role will enable you to bring your strategic thinking, prior experience and passion for the work of UCLA Health to make a significant difference for our patients, our community and your team members. Special Instructions:
The budgeted hiring salary/target range for this position is the posted minimum to $10,833.33 monthly, with salary placement based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
