Primary Purpose:

The Director of Human Resource Operations is responsible for providing leadership in the development, implementation and administration of the Recruitment and Employee Relations functions that support strategic objectives. This position has the responsibility to develop and execute innovative talent acquisition and management practices to ensure a strong, effective workforce. The Director is responsible for developing a proactive employee relation service and demonstrates knowledge of current legal and regulatory requirements. The Director is a member of the HR Leadership team, providing expertise in the team's development and implementation of the Human Resource department strategies and tactics.

Qualifications

 

Knowledge and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Years of Experience: Ten or more years in Human Resources. Must possess knowledge in the principles and practices of Human Resources. Experience in developing and leading Recruitment and Employee Relations functions. Knowledge of innovative talent management practices preferred. Knowledge of regulatory requirements as they relate to HR and employee relations specifically required.
