Conditions of Employment
This position may require additional hours beyond the typical work week, to include occasional overnight and weekend work as needed to meet the business needs of the operation.

Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience in a strategic role advising on people related strategies (typically 6+ years)
  • Experience directly or indirectly managing HR teams (typically 4+ years)
  • Demonstrates subject matter expertise across HR functions including – Organizational Design, Talent Development, Workforce Planning, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition
  • Experience producing results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel
  • A proven track record of strategic HR partnership and hands-on HR implementation
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Experience with HR metrics and data analysis to inform business decisions
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and comfortable with technology to streamline HR processes
  • Ability to design and implement effective training, development, and retention programs
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization

Advertised Pay Range Up to $140,000
Advertised Pay Range Statement
All hiring rates are commensurate with relevant experience up to the advertised amount considering internal alignment.
