JOB SUMMARY
The Director, Enterprise Resource Planning Applications combines innovative, thoughtful, and accomplished technology leadership with Cloud ERP transformation experience to lead all architecture and technical related activities for Northeastern University's Enterprise Resource Planning Systems. Leverage a strong background in Workday Financial Management and Human Capital Management in a Higher Education environment to manage a team of technical professionals responsible for enhancing and maintaining Northeastern University's ERP environment. Additionally, candidates with a background in Ellucian Banner Finance and Student and/or Workday Student will be preferred.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15 Years of Professional Experience
  • 5 Years of Leadership/Management Experience
  • 5 Years of Higher Education Experience
  • 5 Years of full life-cycle implementation of Workday Finance Experience
  • 3 Years of full life-cycle implementation Workday HCM Experience
  • Any Workday Student Experience preferred but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Experience converting from Ellucian Banner to Workday is preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
1) Lead planning, definition and coordination of technical architecture, conversion, and integration related activities for the ERP transformation at Northeastern University
2) Manage the professional development and performance of a team of technical professionals responsible for enhancing and maintaining Northeastern University's ERP environment.
3) Work closely with stakeholders to understand business and academic needs and identify appropriate opportunities for solutions and continued innovation of capabilities that align with the academic plan. Coordinate and prioritize user requests regarding application capabilities, feasibility of implementing specific applications systems and determine system requirements and modifications for the ERP systems. Monitor the health of the ERP Services by measuring adherence to service level agreements for Incidents and Changes to the service.
4) Participate in Data Governance workgroups related to Master Data managed in the ERP systems you are responsible for. Participates in strategic ITS planning processes and collaboratively develops plans to address Global organizational goals and needs
