Description of Work
Provide clerical and administrative office support for a residential complex dining center. Duties include: handling cash funds, tracking meal counts, generating reports/billings, assisting with inventory, overseeing/training cashiers and processing PAFs, purchase requisitions, invoices, deposits and payroll. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications
High school diploma plus four years clerical experience required; equivalency considered. Computer proficiency essential. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary. Flexibility and ability to be a team player essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Word processing and spreadsheet experience preferred. Database experience desired.
