Description

 

Job Purpose: Input, edit and retrieve data necessary to maintain digital image archive databases. Monitor and coordinate workflow for Digital Project Specialist team members.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Train Digital Project Specialist team members on processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate workflow to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Establish, control and maintain digital data files.
  • Maintain database related inventories and tracking systems.
  • Interface and coordinate processes and procedures by conveying appropriate information.
  • Evaluate and recommend the acquisition of software, supplies, parts, and equipment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Technical Diploma, Associates Degree, or two years college course work
  • Work Experience: Two to three years job related experience

Additional Information: Due to our contracting requirements with the federal government, candidates must hold a current DoD security clearance. 

Impact & Influence: This position will interact on a regular basis with: faculty, staff and researchers. This position typically will advise and counsel: faculty, staff, researchers and vendors. This position will supervise: NA.
