About the Department

The Mission of The College of Engineering and Applied Science is to provide a world-class educational experience of engineering, computing, and applied sciences from undergraduate through doctoral levels. CEAS is looking to expand the frontiers of knowledge and disseminate this information to the scientific community, industry, government, and the general public. CEAS is also looking to foster partnerships with industry, the broader educational community, and local, state, and federal governments to expand access and diversity.

 


Job Overview

Provide support for digital marketing and communication initiatives, including content and measurement. Responsible for developing and managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns and the college website.


Essential Functions
  • Manage digital marketing calendar.
  • Develop undergraduate and graduate lead generation strategies to achieve recruitment and enrollment targets.
  • Create digital marketing strategies & tactics to attain undergraduate and graduate engagement goals.
  • Work closely with college’s marketing and communications team to provide content and creative direction to maximize campaign performance.
  • Review, copyedit, approve, and publish digital content.
  • Responsible for managing market research, benchmarking, and databases to optimize the performance of digital strategies.
  • Manage student survey databases.
  • Work closely with agency partner to track, manage, and strategize digital advertising placements and performance.
  • Create and update digital marketing dashboard and reporting.
  • Manage and assess college’s analytics, utilizing and reporting data to provide guidance for marketing and communication initiatives.

Required Education
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Five (5) years of revelant work experience in lieu of education requirement.

Required Experience

One (1) year of relevant work experience.

  • Experience with AEM and SEO.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
  • Experience with Slate.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools.
