Job description

The Digital Humanities Project Assistant will work in the Walter J. Ong, SJ Center for Digital Humanities to support Digital Humanities research in the College of Arts and Sciences.

They will attend Center workshops and potentially present at them. Their main responsibilities will consist of working on the digital humanities projects of other Centers in the Humanities within the College of Arts and Sciences, providing additional digital humanities support from the Ong Center to the other Centers.

Job requirements and qualifications

This job seeks an advanced graduate student or recent PhD, with ample humanities training and skills (e.g. working in languages other than English; reading knowledge of Latin; paleographical skills in manuscripts; facility in library and archival research). This is a temporary, part-time position with high impact.
