Description of Work Unit
This position will be a part of the Warner College Communications Team. The team is responsible for internal and external communications, marketing, public relations, issues management, events, and undergraduate recruitment.
Position Summary
This role will develop, distribute, and track digital communications and email newsletters. They will assist with design work and developing content as needed. This position is a temporary, 20 hour per week position.
Required Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a communications role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital communications tools and systems
  • Demonstrated ability to produce graphic design projects independently
  • Demonstrated ability to produce written content for a variety of formats and audiences
Preferred Job Qualifications
  • More than 2 years of experience in a communications role
  • Experience working with databases and customer relationship management systems
