As an ideal candidate, you have a PhD degree with a specialization in blood and blood components from a recognized academic institution. A minimum of two years post-doctoral experience with a focus in applied development of biologics and transfusion science is preferred. You have a demonstrated ability to design and execute scientific studies, analyze data, interpret results, and disseminate findings both internally via technical reports, and externally via publications in high quality journals. Finally, you possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to synthesize complex scientific information and disseminate it with clear and concise messaging using plain language. Effective public speaking skills will be considered an asset.
