Pay Range Information
Chapman University is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position. This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Salary offers are determined based on the final candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as internal equity and other internal factors. The anticipated pay range is not a promise of a particular wage.

Position Summary Information


Job Description Summary
Working under the supervision of the Chair of Music, performs general office duties within the Conservatory of Music department. The incumbent will perform data entry and data maintenance not limited to the following:
  • Create the sections in Campus Solutions and enter them into the schedule
  • Create the permission codes once sections are created
  • Enter permission codes into our spreadsheet (that is our interface with students/faculty)
  • Merge all the sections for each teacher into 1 section in Canvas
Responsibilities

  • Other supervised clerical and administrative support duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Experience working with computers. 
  • Modern office practices, procedures and equipment. 
  • Oral and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to proactively and effectively handle multiple tasks
  • Meet schedules and timelines
