The Dental Technologist will take a lead role in the prosthodontic dental technology team, enhance in-house laboratory production, reduce the amount of outside laboratory works and shorten laboratory turnaround time. Responsibilities include but not limited to scan, design, mill and construct custom-made restorative and dental appliances. Assist in maintaining the prosthodontic lab functions of digital dentistry, prosthetics, and additive/subtractive fabrications and orders. Train and coach residents in the procedures and techniques of restorative lab work, CAD/CAM applications, 3D printing and equipment usage. Create and maintain records. Manage and maintain lab equipment and licenses.


Associate degree or equivalent, related experience required. Typically has 7+ years of experience; experience in a lead support role desired.
