Dental Assistant

Performs chairside dental assisting and radiography. Guides patients through visits and treatments, ensures charts are complete and necessary information is collected, and coordinates patient flow. Ensures infection control in operatories and with instruments. Maintains supplies.

Candidate will be responsible for distributing/checking in instrument to the students/residents, help students/residents set up/break down cubicles/surgical rooms, maintaining OSHA standards, cleaning/sterilizing instruments, cleaning lab, ordering and stocking clinical supplies, some chair side assisting, taking and picking up IMS instruments, and other duties assigned by supervisors.

Candidate will have to be able to stand prolonged periods of time, moderate lifting, and bending.
