Provides direct support and assistance to dentists and dental hygienists in the provision of dental care for the students of The Ohio State University, Student Health Services; Provides general office support and direct assistance to the Dentist in the daily operations of the dental service.  Requires successful completion of a background check and health screening.

Education / Skills / Experience:

Required: Per CCS Specs; Registered with the Ohio Dental Board as a Dental Assistant Radiographer; and Basic Life Support - Health Care Worker certification.  One year of clinical experience. Successful completion of a background check and health screening.

Desired: Technical school and/or equivalent combination of education/experience.   Excellent verbal communication skills and manual dexterity.  Knowledge of Current Dental Terminology codes and terms and American Dental Association claim form.

Additional Information:

Target hiring range is $17.10 to $22.61.
