JOB SUMMARY


Develop, Coordinate with BD & Marketing Departments in the creation and deployment of marketing initiatives focused on acquiring and nurturing prospects/leads using a mix of traditional and innovative methods including but not limited to email and advertising campaigns, SEM, webinars, and account-based marketing. Ensure efficient project management and organization and bi-lateral coordination within the teams to deliver campaigns on time with measurable impact. Focus pipeline development, qualification, tracking leads, analysis and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness. Contribute to content development and collaborate with sales and marketing to participate in the creation of highly targeted marketing efforts and continuous improvement in marketing strategies.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s Degree (this is minimum) in Marketing/Communication, Business, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in

  • a B2B setting.

  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels and techniques, including SEM, email marketing,

    content syndication, and account-based marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation and lead management tools

  • Demonstrated ability in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking, interpreting, and acting on marketing data to

  • maximize campaign performance.

  • Experience in content development and management, with the ability to create compelling

  • messages for different target demographics.

  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and PPC strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and align marketing strategies with sales

    objectives.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex

    structures and processes.

  • A proven track record of increasing lead generation and engagement across different platforms.

  • Creative and strategic thinking skills, with an eye for detail and a relentless curiosity to explore new marketing tactics and strategies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

35%   Strategic Marketing and Campaign Management: Suggest, co-develop and participate in the creation of marketing initiatives, including paid social media, SEM, webinars, email campaigns, account-based marketing, and events. Ensure these initiatives align with broader demand generation strategies and business objectives developed in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Director of Business Development.

35%  Lead Generation and Sales Pipeline Enhancement: Drive the acquisition and nurturing of leads through the deployment of targeted marketing efforts. Focus on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), managing the sales pipeline, and optimizing conversion rates at every stage of the campaign lifecycle.

25%  Marketing Operations and Project Management: Collaboration with marketing team to ensure efficiency within our project management system. Facility with CRM/Salesforce, etc to help guide the sales team in lead/prospect management. This role is crucial for ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and the ability to meticulously track their progress and impact.

20%  Lead Qualification and Tracking: Qualify and systematically track leads to ensure a streamlined process that enhances campaign effectiveness and strategic market engagement. This responsibility is key to maintaining efficient operations and achieving marketing objectives.

10% Analytics, Content Development, and ABM Coordination: Contribute to content development aimed at engaging prospects throughout their customer lifecycle, and lead account-based marketing efforts in collaboration with sales teams. Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously refine marketing strategies.
