Posting Summary | The Degree Audit Coordinator is the primary expert on all facets of the University’s degree audit system. The Degree Audit Coordinator is responsible for implementing and enforcing all curricular and policy rules to the University Degree Audits in Degree Works. This includes but is not limited to scribing catalogue degree requirements, troubleshooting audit questions, assisting academic units with exceptions, and participating in future upgrades. This position is responsible for researching the delivered functionality of the Degree Works degree audit system and coordinating the implementation of additional features with Enterprise Technology Services and the academic units. This includes creating and rolling out new features such as audits for graduate students, admitted transfer students, financial aid audits, athletic eligibility, and Student Educational Planners. This position also serves as back up for the Office of Transfer Affairs to aid in transcript processing and syllabi review. |
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) | Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years’ related experience. Minimum of three years’ experience in the administration of an electronic degree audit system; demonstrated analytical skills; working knowledge of higher education curriculum; and demonstrated experience working with faculty, administrators, and students. |
Desirable Qualifications | Experience with Ellucian’s Banner Student Information System (SIS), Ellucian’s Degree Works, Ellucian Controller and Transit Reports, Slate CRM, as well as college transcript review and transfer credit evaluating is desirable. |
