Position Description:
The Registrar Specialist 2 (Degree Analyst), under the general supervision of the Assistant Registrar (Grading & Transfer Articulation), (1) evaluates student records (undergraduate and/or graduate) for the completion of complex and constantly changing requirements for the award of degrees (approximately 10,000 awarded annually in over 300 different degree programs), (2) performs both advanced and specialized functions relating to degrees, (3) performs transfer credit and articulation evaluations for assigned undergraduate population, (4) maintains grade and course data in the Student Information System (SIS), and (5) participates in a range of administrative/counseling and support functions in the Records & Registration unit. Duties are to be performed with the highest level of care, quality, and attention to provide a comprehensive customer service experience for all constituents.
Special Instructions:
The budgeted hiring salary/target range for this position is the posted minimum to $27.80 hourly, with salary placement based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
