The Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Endoscopy at Brigham and Women’s Hospital seeks a PhD-level deep learning/machine learning specialist with expertise in biomedical fields. We seek candidates who are deeply committed to advancing AI and high-throughput methods, aiming to uncover breakthroughs at the crossroads of chemistry, biology, engineering, and medicine, or those with aspirations to pioneer new drug delivery technologies. Experience delivering mRNA in vitro and in vivo, and demonstration of a broad application of computational methods to large drug delivery data sets will be prioritized. A proposed academic rank of Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The investigator is expected to participate in Harvard Medical School courses and workshops for medical students and fellows and to supervise postdoctoral fellows and graduate students in laboratory settings.
