Summary of Job Duties:

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and operations of the Texarkana campus. Assist with increasing visibility and branding the college and enhancing community goodwill.
Coordinate Student Service Functions at the UAHT Texarkana campus including Financial Aid, Registration & Advising, Career Pathways, TRIO SSS services, ADA Services, Student Conduct, Student Life & Activities, Safety/Security, and other areas.
Serve as a Title IX and student conduct investigator and/or serve as a hearing officer or panel member as needed.
All Student Services functions at the Texarkana site are to be coordinated with the respective departmental supervisor and under the overall jurisdiction of the Vice Chancellor for Student Services.
Serves as a member of the Student Services leadership team.
Coordinate Academic Functions at the Texarkana site including class scheduling, co-supervision and support of faculty, academic advising, assisting academic deans and the vice chancellor with identifying adjunct faculty candidates, assisting with the coordination of academic assessment at the UAHT Texarkana campus, and supporting other academic functions as needed.
All academic functions at the Texarkana site are to be coordinated with the respective deans and directors and under the overall jurisdiction of the Vice Chancellor for Academics.
Coordinate Finance and Administration Functions at the Texarkana site including student fee collections, computer services, telecommunications, physical plant maintenance, human resources, payroll functions and budgeting.
All Finance and Administration functions at the Texarkana site are to be coordinated with the appropriate supervisor or director and under the overall jurisdiction of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration.
Serves on various College committees including the Campus Safety Committee and the Behavioral Intervention Team.
Provides direct supervision, training, and evaluation of the following Texarkana stationed staff: Student Services Specialist and Administrative Specialist.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Reports to: Vice Chancellor for Student Services

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited higher education institution with a minimum of 5 years of experience within an educational setting, and 3 years of supervisory experience; community college experience is preferred.
