Position Summary Information
Primary Purpose | Responsible for strategic direction, oversight and management of the Eberhardt School of Business (“School”). Charged with upholding the University’s mission to provide a superior, student-centered learning experience integrating liberal arts and professional education and preparing individuals for lasting achievement and responsible leadership in their careers and communities. Responsible for ensuring that all School of Business academic programs are of the highest quality and meet standards of accrediting agencies. Responsible for enhancing the financial stability and sustainability of the School in alignment with the University’s strategic enrollment goals and student success. Leverages internal and external opportunities to enhance the reputation of the School. Serves as member of Council of Deans. |

Position requires evening and weekend hours as necessary to completely discharge duties. Valid driver’s license required. Incumbent must also be able to meet University’s fleet rules and be eligible to drive for University business. The University and its insurance carrier reserves the right to exclude applicants based on their driving record. |
Hiring Range | $210,252 - $389,000 per year. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. |
