The Department of Institutional Research, Planning, and Effectiveness is accepting applications for its Data Analytics Coordinator position. The Data Analytics Coordinator directly contributes to the university’s mission by supporting data-informed decision-making and enhancing data transparency. This role in the Office of Institution, Research, Planning, and Effectiveness is crucial in providing top-tier reporting solutions and analyses. The position’s primary responsibilities include developing, maintaining,and monitoring student success initiatives and performing complex and intricate data queries.The Data Analytics Coordinator will perform statistical analysis on complex institutional data,and predictive analytics, and create dashboards that will be used by administrators to make data-informed decisions related to student success. The Data Analytics Coordinator will develop a variety of ad hoc reports that will guide departments in making sound, evidence-based decisions.The incumbent will also work on special projects that align with the institution’s strategic plan.
