Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Salary Range:  $60,995 - $70,733

Summary

The Data Analytics Associate is responsible for using data to design, create, and maintain analyses, reports and tools in support of business operations and performs data analysis utilizing appropriate analytics methodologies and fosters data-driven decision-making by providing valuable consultative analytics support.


Job Duties

Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the existing enterprise data warehousing system; participates in the ongoing development and support of the College's data reporting system; responsible for applying upper-level analytical and technical expertise to interact with functional teams, understand requirements, and deliver intelligent, pragmatic designs.

 

• Develops and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other tasks that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Assists in interpreting complex data, analyzes results using statistical techniques and provides ongoing reports in support of strategic goals.
• Develops predictive models and descriptive statistics.
• Develops dashboards and data visualizations.
• Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Provides support in identification, integration and preparation of large volumes of data.
• Understands functional areas' business requirements and translate into technical specifications and user-friendly reports and dashboards.
• Prepares high quality documentation that follows established guidelines.
• Recommends improvement to and changes in operations to increase effectiveness and efficiency.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two years of relevant experience.
     

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI; SQL.
  • Experience using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, SAP HANA.
