Department Summary
The Psychology department seeks to create an equitable and inclusive environment that encourages scholastic and personal growth among faculty and students. Our programs are designed to enhance perspectives that make up modern, academic psychology: historical and theoretical perspectives; psychological development; and social, multicultural, clinical, cognitive, and biological approaches.
Position Overview
This position is responsible for conducting data compilation, screening, validation, and analysis utilizing various software programs requiring data integration from multiple sources.
This position requires experience with program evaluation, including developing an evaluation plan, tracking metrics, and experience disseminating program efforts.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Strong mathematical and technical ability.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of relational databases.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Access and Excel.
• Ability to quickly assimilate to specific software.
• Ability to quickly assimilate how data sets impact related systems and functions
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

Performs data analysis and prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Identifies trends and relationships within the data and checks data validity..

Ensures reports and responses are accurate and meet associated deadlines and data sets.
o
Manages ad-hoc projects as assigned
