Data Analyst - Business Support Services

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Develops and manages information to support decision-making.
  • Performs complex analyses.
  • Provides consulting and analytic services to departmental leadership.
  • Uses existing methodology and processes for prioritization and scheduling of projects/work sets.
  • Analyzes problems and determines root causes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

You must demonstrate:

  • Ability to collect, join, analyze, and report on data from various sources, including but not limited to financial systems, facility management systems, and utility management systems.
  • Working knowledge of source systems and their data models to develop and implement creative business intelligence visualizations to enable cross-functional teams to make data-driven business decisions.
  • Experience with data analysis, trending, visualizations, data mapping, data validation, data cleansing and manipulation to identify and understand drivers of change within data.
  • Proactive and inquisitive learner who seeks out and takes advantage of opportunities for change that enhance the business rather than reacting to circumstances
  • Experience with Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI or other data visualization tools, data warehousing (Snowflake).
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
