Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies tailored to diverse student needs.
• Cultivate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities among students.
• Create an interactive classroom environment conducive to active learning.
• Prepare course plans and materials, deliver courses, monitor progress and attendance, advise students, and maintain grade records.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in an IT-related discipline; a terminal degree is preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills essential for engaging with a diverse range of staff and students.
• Experience working with a diverse, multi-lingual student population is desirable, along with a dedication to the community college's open access mission.
