The Customer Service Associate II– will be responsible for providing excellent customer service for the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital (VMTH). This position will handle referrals, prepare rotation schedules, and will manage incoming phone calls and transfers. Successful candidates will play an absolute vital role in scheduling and communication for the hospital. If this is you, we invite you to apply to become a member of our team.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications for an entry level include: High school graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years in general office or clerical work.

Salary Range: $11.50 - $14.77

Work Schedule: Candidates must have the ability to work alternative shifts, holidays, weekends, and on-call duty. Must have the ability to work around animals, hay, or dust. Ability to move heavy loads.

Essential Personnel: This position is considered essential when the University declares an emergency, campus closure, class cancellations, etc., and are therefore required to report to work and remain on duty unless or until relieved by their direct supervisor.
