Scope of Job | To serve as the expert administrator and best practice organizer for the university’s CRM ecosystem within the assigned area. To lead all technical and functional implementation, compliance, data integrity, and analysis of system data, user adoption, and lead/student management processes. Responsible for developing, executing, and managing key CRM functions including admissions applications, document handling, data integrity, reports, dashboards, events, communications, and overall campaigns. |

Required Education | Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. |
Preferred Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems/Computer Science. |
Licenses/Certifications | Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Administrator, and/or Platform App Builder. |
Required Experience | Three (3) years of experience with CRM applications or student information systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows and security or related experience. |
Preferred Experience | Knowledge of Banner Student Information System. Direct experience with TargetX or Salesforce CRM app development within a higher education/enterprise level of complexity. Experience with Salesforce API and Salesforce-related Web Services (REST/SOAP/JSON/Bulk. |
Equipment | Use of standard office equipment. |
Working Conditions | Needs to be able to successfully perform all required duties. Office Environment; some travel and weekend work may be required. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. UTRGV is a distributed institution, which requires presence at multiple locations throughout the Rio Grande Valley. *Work is performed primarily in a general office environment to include hybrid work (subject to change based upon business needs). If the work is performed off campus, high-speed internet and a designated workspace are required. |
