The Facilities Planning & Management Department at Iowa State University is seeking applicants for full-time Custodian positions in various campus-wide building locations. This position provides courteous, high-quality cleaning services, including floors, carpets, restrooms, walls, ceilings, stairwells and windows, in a team environment. The duties of this position require the ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs, climb a 12 foot ladder, use cleaning chemicals, run equipment properly according to instructions, and work in a variety of environments, including crowded public places and high/low temperatures. The successful candidate will communicate effectively, professionally and positively with others. In addition, it is important to have the ability to work independently and function in a self-directed group environment.

2 shifts available:

• Monday - Friday, 4:00 am to 12:30 pm
• Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am
