Duties and Responsibilities | General Daily Cleaning. Building/Facility Security/Safety. Light maintenance duties. Grounds maintenance. Event and Room setup and teardown. Additional assignments requisted by supervisor. |

Special Requirements | |
Physical Demands | Ability to work on feet for extended periods (up to an eight hour shift with appropriate breaks). Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds while going up and down stairs, be able to use ladders and floor machinery safely, and have knowledge of how to use potentially toxic cleaning products safely. Ability to go up and down ladders safely. Must be able to work in a variety of environments, including temperature extremes and around noise, dust, direct sunlight and chemicals. Must be able to operate vehicles and equipment in a safe and effective manner in all types of environments. Ability to respond to after-hours emergency call outs and occasional shift changes. |
