Position Summary/Description:

The position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station.

The Carolina Union Student Organization (CUSO) Controller will work as member of the Carolina Union Business and Finance team. The Carolina Union Business and Finance Team provides finance and business services for the Carolina Union, Fraternity and Sorority Life and Carolina Union Student Organizations. The CUSO Controller primarily serves as a resource for CUSO. Responsibilities include facilitation and management of day-to-day transactions for student organizations, including ensuring transactions are recorded properly and student organizations are staying within the allocated amounts of the budget. This position is responsible to the Carolina Union and Student Government for accurate and up-to-date maintenance of records and transactions made.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
