This is a full-time benefits-eligible position. Position Purpose
The Online & Learning Engagement (OLE) CRM Enrollment Specialist is responsible for course creation, admission, and enrollmentof a diverse community of learners, particularly working with off-campus cohorts, contract programs, special programming and continuing education credit/unit programs. This position requires close collaboration with various offices across campus in support of student success and serves as the liaison between external organizations and academic departments. This position supports the university’s CRM team in the recruitment, application review, yield, and enrollment of non-degree and special credit students. This position functions as an institutional resource for students, faculty, and staff regarding programs, policies, and protocols specific to OLE. This position assists the Outreach Coordinator in marketing activities for prospective and admitted students, stakeholders, and community members.

Experience
1. Two (2) years of relevant experience in higher education or a combination of related education, experience, and training may be considered.
2. Advanced proficiency using modern office technologies, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email/calendaring, and presentation software.
3. Knowledge of distance education, adult learners, and continuing education – preferred.
4. Experience with Banner and Slate – preferred.
5. Experience with digital content creation/design – preferred.
