Job Summary
 

This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the Office or Recruitment and Admissions CRM (TargetX/Salesforce) and supervising the various communication methods used to recruit and enroll new students. 


Responsibilities
 

 

Supervises the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which manages 100,000+ prospective students & applicants. 

Supervises print, email, text, and social media messaging communication with prospective, applied, and enrolled students. 

Supervises online registration for Admissions related special events.

Supervises Admissions telecounseling program.

Develops and updates recruitment materials in print and digital formats.

Supervises the purchasing and inventory control of recruitment and promotional materials.

Assists with the supervision third party marketing systems, Capture Higher Ed, StudentBridge, Covideo, etc.

Manages content on the Admissions website. 

Responsible for training new employees and developing/maintaining appropriate materials as they relate to the CRM usage and marketing related materials.

Assist with oversight of Admissions special events.

Assist with the recruitment of students and processing of applications during high demand times.

Assist in operations management.

Assist with supervision of student workers.

Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Recruitment and Admissions.
 


Required Qualifications
 

Bachelor's Degree and two years relevant experience required; master's degree preferred.


Preferred Qualifications
 

 

Knowledge of admission practices, policies, and procedures.

Knowledge of Banner

Knowledge of and ability to explain academic, social, and service programs of the University.

Ability to supervise the work of others.

Must be outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to young people.

Knowledge of Banner computer software helpful


Proposed Salary
 

$22.59 per hour. Annualized to $46,987

KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of admissions requirements and standards.

Considerable knowledge of marketing and public relations strategies.
Knowledge of registration, orientation planning, and counseling. 
Knowledge of CRM operations and strategic communication planning.
Knowledge of marketing and public relations strategies.
Knowledge of graphic and website design, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe design products.
SKILLS
Skill in computer operations.

Skill in explaining academic, social, and service programs of the University.
