We’re currently searching for a Creative Services Manager to join our Student Affairs ExperienceVT and Housing Services teams in Blacksburg, VA to help us in our mission. Here’s what you need to know about the role:
• You’ll be joining the Student Affairs ExperienceVT Communications and Marketing team; a department of creative professionals who enjoy enhancing the student experience through various marketing and communication mediums.
• You’ll be reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Communications and Marketing for ExperienceVT, but will also be working cross-collaboratively with the Director of Housing Services and Facilities and Operations and their team members.
• You’ll be instrumental in the development and implementation of a comprehensive communications and marketing plan for Housing Services and Student Affairs Facilities and Operations units, supporting 10,250+ residents and 47+ residence halls.
• You’ll be providing project management expertise by collaboratively working on focused marketing and communication projects — oversight includes social media, websites, photography/videography, graphic design, display materials, and other assets as needed.
• You’ll be helping to hire, train, and supervise professional and student employees and will help the Assistant Director maintain project schedules; ensuring a high quality of work and timely delivery of services.
• You’ll be maintaining and developing joint partnerships within the Division of Student Affairs and will be serving on committees and working on teams as needed or desired.
• You’ll be offered a base compensation package between $45,000 -$55,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid leave, retirement, tuition assistance, VT discounts, and so much more!

• Your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
