Manage the document management system for MU Health Care.

 

SALARY RANGE  $56,597 - $89,419

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Process new document requests.
  • Train staff on use of the document management system.
  • Manage and monitor documents to ensure they are current and reviewed appropriately.
  • Provide support for survey activity related to document management.
  • Support end-users in using the document management system.
  • Coordinate Policy Oversight Committee meetings.
  • Lead and provide support to Document Control Administrators (DCAs) throughout the system.
  • Manage the document management system access.
  • Liaison with document management system vendor.
  • May complete unit/department specific duties as outlined in department documents.
 

Qualifications

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.

Three (3) years of healthcare experience, including policy oversight or review.

Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
