Manage the document management system for MU Health Care.
SALARY RANGE $56,597 - $89,419

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Process new document requests.
- Train staff on use of the document management system.
- Manage and monitor documents to ensure they are current and reviewed appropriately.
- Provide support for survey activity related to document management.
- Support end-users in using the document management system.
- Coordinate Policy Oversight Committee meetings.
- Lead and provide support to Document Control Administrators (DCAs) throughout the system.
- Manage the document management system access.
- Liaison with document management system vendor.
- May complete unit/department specific duties as outlined in department documents.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
Three (3) years of healthcare experience, including policy oversight or review.
Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
