Friends University is seeking to fill the Coordinator of Residential Development position in Wichita Kansas. This position is responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and developmental educational opportunities within residential communities. It is a requirement of this position to live in university housing and eat in the Casado dining room.

Must have experience organizing, supervising, and working with student groups and staff members, and have a working knowledge of college student development theories and counseling skills. 

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a human service field (psychology, social work, education, etc.).

Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
